God save the King! Now, we know you have seen these gorgeous glitter crowns before, however, we have the Kings Coronation (AKA - Operation Golden Orb) on Saturday 6th May 2023 where King Charles III will be crowned alongside the Queen Consort. The Coronation will reflect the monarch’s role today and look towards the future, while being rooted in longstanding traditions and pageantry.
Now King Charles will wear the silver and purple crown - known as the Imperial State Crown during the coronation and then will be crowned with the gold and purple crown - called the St Edward's crown at the moment of crowning.
You may wish to have both silver and gold crowns for decorations to celebrate the coronation - the choice is yours.
