How to return an order
We hope you dont want to return anything - but in the event that you would like to - please pop us an email using the form below and we can get that sorted for you.
What items are returnable?
Certain types of items cannot be returned (such as special orders or personalised items) Please do get in touch if you have questions about a specific item.
Faults/Damaged items
If you believe your item/order is faulty or damaged or incorrect, please contact us through live chat or the email form below and we will do our best to help.
When will I get my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your return item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the original payment method within 10 working days.
Are there any charges for a return?
You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping. Goods must be returned in their original packaging in the same condition it was when received and will be inspected upon return.
Good remain your responsibility until they reach us, so please package securely. We suggest to return goods using tracked delivery with a postal supplier so you can trace the return and make sure the item has arrived with us so we can process your refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We understand that there may be times when you want to return items that are not suitable. We are more than happy to assist with a return, we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.
