Do I need an account to place an order?
You can visit our online store in two simple ways, you can either visit as a guest and explore the site or you can create an account and save products and favourites.
Will my order be confirmed once purchased?
You will receive an email acknowledgment to confirm the order you have placed, this will include an order number and your purchase details.
Can I change details of my order or delivery address?
You can certainly change your order or make ammendments by contact us at bubblegumgiftdesigns@gmail.com or live chat and we will sort that for you.
How do you package my order?
BubbleGum Gift Designs send all their bunting in a hard back envelope with "do not bend" on the front.
The frames are all sent in a large cardboard box with paper padding to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition.

Can I cancel my order?
Should you wish to cancel your order, please get in touch with us and we will do our best to help.
Can i make changes to my order?
We may not always be able to make changes if your order has already been made, however if you have just placed your order and would like to add or remove items, please get in touch as soon as possible so we can sort that for you.
Can I add a gift message to my order?
We do have the option to add a FREE gift tag to your order, printed on recycled card and attached with twine, just add your message to the checkout and we will sort that for you.
I have forgotten my password to login?
You can request a new password by clicking 'Forgotten password' on the signing in page. You will receive an email with the option to create a new password.
