Returning an order

Are there any charges for return?

You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping


Goods must be returned in their original packaging in the same condition that it was when received, and will be inspected on return.


Goods remain your responsibility until they reach us, so please package securely.
We suggest to return goods using tracked delivery with a postal supplier so you can trace the return and make sure the item has arrived with us so we can process your refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Returns overview

We understand that there may be times when you want to return items that are not suitable. We are more than happy to assist with a return, we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.

    How to return an order

    Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click start. 

    Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return. 

    You will then receive a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved.

    What items are returnable?

    Certain types of items cannot be returned, (such as special orders or personalised items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

    Faults/Damaged item

    If you believe your item/order is faulty or damaged on incorrect, please contact us through live chat or you can email bubblegumgiftdesigns@gmail.com and we will do our best to help.

    How do I prepare my returns?

    Please pack your order securely and include the returns invoice inside. Seal the package and send the item back to the address provided on your confirmation email. 

    We recommend that you send the package recorded or tracked delivery for proof of postage.

    How soon will I get my refund?

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your return item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the original payment method within 10 working days.
