Will my order be confirmed once purchased?

Yes, you will receive an email acknowledgement to confirm the order you have placed, this will include an order number and your purchase details.

Can I change my order or my delivery address?

Yes you can make amendments, but please contact us as soon as possible so we can sort that for you. Please note - the order or delivery address cannot be amended after the order has been dispatched.

How is my order packed?

Our buntings will arrive in a hard back envelope with 'Do not bend' displayed on the front and our frames will arrive in a suitable sized box. All our orders are packaged carefully to reach you in perfect condition.

Can I add a gift message to my order?

Yes of course! If you would like to add a gift message you can pop the details in the message box at the checkout or you can send us an email using the form below and we can get that sorted for you.
